Stock Properties strive to create good quality homes, mainly to older tenants (but not all!) where tenants can feel confident that they will live well and comfortably.

We aim to give our tenants stability where both they and us have complete trust and peace of mind. Most of our tenants are long term and our relationships have grown into friendships, our rented properties have become real homes. A true partnership!

We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. We are members of the National Landlords Association, we are regisitered with the government led MyDeposits scheme and we are also registered as a Data Controller with the ICO.

Who are Tom and Gill to us? In the strictest terms, they own the property that we call home, but in human terms we count them as friends.
